What happens after I book the VIP Day?

You'll receive a confirmation email, a pre-session questionnaire, and scheduling instructions. We'll coordinate the date and location (on-site preferred).

What should I prepare before the VIP Day?

Bring any existing documentation (schedules, SOPs, training materials), access to your team for interviews, and a clear sense of your top 3 operational pain points.

Is this virtual or on-site?

VIP Days are typically on-site at your primary location. Sprints and Retainers include both virtual strategy sessions and on-site implementation support.

What's your rescheduling policy?

VIP Days can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Sprints and Retainers follow a milestone-based schedule with flexibility built in.

What's your payment policy?

VIP Days are paid in full at booking. Sprints are 50% upfront, 50% at completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

How soon can we start?

VIP Days are typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks. Sprints begin within 1–2 weeks of contract signing. Retainers start immediately upon agreement.
