Meet the Founder
Ebony Mitchell, MS
Ebony Mitchell is the Founder of EM Consulting Agency LLC and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality field supporting frontline execution, leadership accountability, and operational performance.
She earned her Master of Science degree in Management and Systems (STEM) from New York University. Her approach is grounded in operational discipline, real-world execution, and systems that hold under pressure.
Throughout her career, Ebony has seen the same challenge across restaurants, event spaces, and hospitality teams: strong concepts struggling with inconsistent execution. Without clear systems, teams become reactive, managers lack structure, and owners are pulled back into daily operations.
Ebony partners with operators to build the systems that stabilize execution, strengthen leadership performance, and allow the business to run with clarity instead of chaos.
